Interactive Web Production Artist

We are looking for a Web Production Artist to join our fast paced, creative web design team at Orbitsat.com and Orbitwebdesign.com. Duties will include creating Web ready graphics, performing site maintenance, i.e. image updates, changing product information, etc., participating in brainstorming meeting and providing administrative back up to the group. The selected candidate will have a good understanding of Photoshop, Corel Photo Paint , Imageready, Illustrator, Freehand., Corel Draw  or another popular image editing software. You will also have a solid understanding of HTML and some knowledge of Dreamweaver or other HTML editor as well as the ability to hand code HTML. We are looking for someone who has creative ability, which can be demonstrated through portfolio and/or URL, layout and typographical skills.

Web Designer

This is a great opportunity to join Orbitwebdesign's busy creative department. We are seeking a professional graphic designer with 1-3 years of experience in Web Design. The selected candidate must have a strong creative portfolio, fluency in Photoshop or Corel's Photo Paint  and HTML, experience with PC (Window 2000) platforms and all major browsers. Experience with Imageready/Fireworks, Illustrator/Freehand and Flash is desired. Other requirements include: flexibility, a high level of energy, the ability to meet tight deadlines and pride of ownership in your work. The selected candidate will produce buttons, banners, update the content and graphical elements of partner web sites, develop concepts and the creative of online promotional projects, such as online gift guides and mini-sites. The Web Designer will also produce graphical elements for user interface such as icons, headers and logos and assist on other creative projects as needed.

SQL Server Database Administrator

The selected candidate will be responsible for any one or combination of the following: optimizing and maintaining the SQL 7.0 and SQL 2000 database, scheduling processes, dts jobs, creating indexes, scheduling back ups, implementing and monitoring the production process and developing queries and reports

Skills

• Ability to write scripts
• NT experience a plus
• 1-3 Years SQL Server 7.0 experiences
• Visual Basic

Active Server Pages (ASP) Developers

In this roll, you will program WEB site applications using ASP. VB 6.0 with MS Site, developing an Order Management System using ASP, VB6 with Great Plains Financial Systems. Additionally you will create and modify SQL Server 7.0 Databases.

3-5 yrs. of VB5.0-VB6.0, COM and Visual Inter Dev with 2-3 years of ASP Programming with MS Site Server 3.0 using InterDev 6.0 desired. Also experience with development of MS Exchange Application, ODBC, Visual Source Save and SQL Server 7.0 preferred.
